During this breakout session, we will be having a conversation on developing healthy rhythms, working through discouragement and insecurity and practical suggestions for mental and emotional health. A short teaching will be done by Inna Khochay from Genesis Church, followed by a panel discussion participated by Alyona Pekun, Natasha Kulibaba, Tanya Kotyakov, Anna Kislyanka and Tanya Korets.

Woodmark Church was planted 2.5 years ago with 7 couples, in a city where less than 5% of the population attends church on a Sunday. Today, Woodmark Church has grown to serve around 300 people on a Sunday in a portable location, and attendees coming from 35 nationalities.

In this session, Russell Korets will share some things their team did well in reaching their community, and some areas where they still need help, and have made mistakes.

In this panel, Youth Pastors discuss what its like to lead youth ministries is community churches, and transitioning churches, and ways a local church youth ministry can make a big impact on the region!
